Trends and times are changing and you need to reposition yourself to the market trends so that you can be best suited for the next level.-Skill is very important in business and there are areas where you develop yourself according to how you were created by God.
It’s important to choose a career that aligns with your character and appearance. Some jobs are not suited with your physical appearance for example someone with poor eyesight may not be suited to a career that demands perfect vision.
• If someone has a history of mental health challenges in their family, they may need to consider professions that won’t require intense mental pressure eg craftwork.
• If you struggle with stuttering, being a newsreader or public speaker might not be a good fit.
Similarly, when developing your child, pay attention to their natural inclinations and interests. Don’t force them into areas they’re not naturally drawn to. Use toys or activities to discover their strengths and weaknesses early, and guide them in their development.Give them responsibilities according to the career they want
